Shipping & Deliveries

I aim to send out orders within 1- 2 days of conformation of your purchase. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.(Sometimes this may take longer, depending on circumstances). Please ensure that you enter your postal address accurately to guarantee delivery.

Returns 

Returns are not accepted. Please ensure that you read product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. Every effort is made to ensure that product photographs, descriptions and details listed on the site are accurate. However, due to the one off, hand crafted nature of the products, some slight variation in colour and texture is possible.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way please email as soon as possible so that we can find a way to resolve the issue.
